Big Rocks Organizing Refund Policy

All payments for regular or home organizing sessions are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, we’re happy to issue a credit that will remain valid for 12 months from the date of payment.

For project cancellations, a $150 administrative fee will apply. Please note that no refunds will be issued for work already completed.
