Organized Packing
The Big Rocks team is professionally trained to pack your items to keep them safe throughout the moving process.
Move Coordination
We will be there for you on move day for a smooth transition. Our team works directly with the movers. You can even take the day off or go on vacation and the Big Rocks team will handle all of the details.
Unpacking and Organizing
Once you are in your new home, our top-notch team will unpack your belongings and set up customized systems. Your home will be functional, beautiful, and organized – ready for you to relax and create new memories.
Home Staging
Home staging can help you get the best possible sale price for your home! We can organize, rightsize, and freshen up your home to prepare it for this competitive real estate market. And we stage using your own decor and furniture! Your home will look fresh, inviting, and more spacious - exactly what buyers want.
Space Planning
We offer on-site consultation at the origin and destination sites. First we'll confer with you about your plans for the space. Then we'll measure, photograph and create an inventory of furniture and art to be moved, design plans and discuss revisions with you. Knowing exactly what you are bringing and where it will go ensures an efficient and cost-effective move.

Working with an organizer can feel like stepping into new territory. Here is our process:
1. SCHEDULE A FREE EXPLORATORY CALL
When you schedule this call, you’ll be asked questions that will help us understand more about your righsizing project and situation. We will also determine if an on-site consultation and written estimate are needed to gather more information about your moving project and provide a detailed cost estimate. 2. ONSITE CONSULTATION
The next step is a paid onsite consultation and written estimate. The cost is a flat, prepaid fee of $199.
This appointment lasts 60-90 minutes. We will send you a detailed, written estimate for your moving project. In the estimate, we provide a timeline and breakdown of the costs so that there are no surprises. You can complete parts of your project on your own to conserve funds or have us expertly handle everything. If you decide to move forward, we require a 50% deposit to schedule our team.
3. SESSIONS + MOVING PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our team will arrive at your home with all the supplies needed to get the job done, including moving boxes, packing tape, paper, etc. From systematized packing and unpacking to the setup of organizing strategies in your new space, we are here to help you settle in as soon as possible.
If needed, we can arrange for a third-party hauler to remove boxes, packing materials, and any other unwanted items. Upon request, we can line shelves and recommend organizing products in your new home. We are also happy to assist with tune-ups and ongoing maintenance.
4. COORDINATION WITH THIRD-PARTY VENDORS
We are connected to the best resources all over the Portland Metro area and have extensive knowledge of where to donate things. Our trusted third-party vendors include:
- Haulers
- Movers
- House cleaners
- Handypersons
- Interior designers
- Specialized furniture companies
- And more!
Compassionate Support for Large-Scale Estate Transitions
Do you have a parent or loved one who is moving into assisted living or has passed? Estate cleanouts can be emotional and overwhelming, especially if you’re managing them from a distance with a full plate of your own. We offer full-scale estate support for large projects. This means handling all logistics, timelines, and next steps with care and efficiency.
Full-Scale Estate Cleanouts Include:
Clearout of the entire home, including attics, basements, garages, and storage units
Sorting, categorizing, and labeling for family decisions or estate division
Donation drop-offs and coordination with charities or specialty collectors
Scheduling and supervision of hauling, shredding, and disposal services
Inventory creation or photo documentation for family members and legal needs
Real estate preparation support, including staging and light cosmetic setup
