What Makes Big Rocks Unique?

We’re so proud of our fun, compassionate and professional team. Here are some of the things that set us apart as a professional organizing company.

Big Rocks Core Values

Our Core Values determine everything we do! Here are how those values will affect you as our client.

No judgment, uphold safety procedures, use proper pronouns, respect your space and possessions, respect your lifestyle and brain-wiring, ask permission, let you be in the driver’s seat, recognize and build on your strengths.

Meet you where you’re at, understand, allow for feelings, treat you kindly, empathically, and warmly, provide a safe space, be attuned to your needs, encourage, support, be authentic and genuine, provide a calming presence, build relationships, service-oriented, community-oriented, clear and honest yet sensitive.

Punctual, experts in the field, robust training, transparent, excellent communication, use tried-and-true processes, high standards of excellence, consistent, confidential, knowledgeable about resources, dedicated, ethical, fair, hard-working, have integrity, work smart, passionate.

Giving Back to the Portland Community

Each quarter, our team donates part of our proceeds to a local charity. This year, we have selected Rose Haven as our giving partner. Rose Haven is a day shelter and community center specifically serving women, children, and gender-diverse people in Portland.

In 2023, our team and community chose to support Community Warehouse.

In 2022 we supported Rose Haven, JOIN, Neighborhood House and the Alzheimer’s Association Oregon & SW Washington Chapter.

In 2021 Big Rocks Organizing donated to Meals on Wheels, Sunshine Division, Community Warehouse and Oregon Food Bank.

We so appreciate our Big Rocks clients for hiring us and recommending us to others. It has made it possible for us to share with our communities – which is one of our Big Rocks. Thank you!
